2. SAFETY.
When you register a domain name by our process, you are responsible to choose your passwords in order to protect your account (including your contact address and its redirection). Take all the precautions to remember and keep private your passwords.

3. DIVERSITY OF THE SERVICES.

4. TERM OF THE SERVICE.

Except contrary specifications, the inscription with the services is carried out for one year duration. It is renewable with perpetuity by successive annual renewals. 7. ACCOUNT MODIFICATIONS.
To modify information of your account, you must employ identifiers and e-mails used at your inscription moment or brought up to date. Protect your identifiers from any unauthorized use. We are not responsible for the use, unauthorized use or the unsuitable use of your identifiers.

8. REDIRECTION SERVICE.
Redirecty?com© provides you the capacity to direct the users or visitors who type a specific domain name towards another domain name indicated by you in our services. You ensure that, during the use of our services, you have the rights to employ the service of redirection to redirect and post the pseudonym or to compare it to the other domain name indicated by you.

9. DISCUSSION POLICY OF DOMAIN NAME.

10. MODIFICATIONS OF THE DOMAIN NAME DISCUSSION POLICY.
You recognize that:
- we can modify our policy of discussion. We will post a new policy on our site at least ten (10) days of calendar before it takes effect.
- maintaining the reservation or the registering of your domain name after the modifications of the discussion policy takes effect, means your acceptance of these modifications.
- that if you disagree, you can cease this agreement.

11. DOMAIN NAME DISCUSSIONS.
You recognize that:
- if your use of our services is disputed, you will be subjected to the provisions of our valid agreement at the time of the dispute.
- in domain name dispute, at the time of litigations occurred with any third, you will compensate the thirds and will hold us for being not in charge in accordance with the general conditions exposed in this agreement.
- if we are informed that a complaint was lodged with a legal or administrative service as for your use of our services of registering, you will not make any change in your domain name registry without our authorization. We do not authorize that you modify your datas if we are held to make it by legal or administrative decision, even in the cases or:
1/ we receive the opinion by you and/or the other part in litigation.

12. REPRESENTATION, DELEGATION.

14. COMPENSATION.

We disclaim any and all loss or liability resulting from, but not limited to:

or (10) loss or liability as a result of the application of our dispute policy.

15. ALLOWANCE & INDEMNITY.
You agree to release the responsibility, to compensate and defend Redirecty.com© in its actions, in particular the registering of domain. You agree to release the responsibility, to compensate, defend any of our people receiving benefits or partner and their (who they are agents, employees, directors, shareholders, affiliated and/or assigned) with respect to all the debts, the claims, the consequences, the expenditure, (including fees of lawyers and expenses of defense) and the expenditure of the third people touched or concerned in accordance with this Agreement. You agree to release the responsibility, to compensate and to defend Redirecty.com© in its actions like the provided services, your registering of domain name or your use of the services of Redirecty.com© This assent applies in particular to an breach made by you (or someone else employing our service) with respect to the rights of ownership intellectual or all other trade-mark law deposited, with respect to any person or entity, or in the event of violation of any of our rules or policy relating to the provided services. If we bring a lawsuit or are prosecuted by a third, you will provide us the commitment to compensate us. Your incapacity in this action can be hold as a substantial breach to this agreement.

16. INFRINGEMENT.
You recognize that your impossibility of subjecting to an unspecified provision of this agreement or to a provision by which Redirecty.com© applies the agreement or the policy of discussion, your supply of vague or dubious information (for example in the process of registering), your failure to update your information or your absence of response lasting more than ten (10) days calendar to our requests can be regarded as a substantial infringement and we can provide you a written opinion, describing the infringement. If in five (5) days calendar starting from the date of such an opinion, you do not succeed in providing the satisfactory proof for us, even if you did not contravene your other obligations in accordance with the agreement, we can remove the registering or the reservation of your domain and or any other service of Redirecty.com©. Your infringement could not be excused simply because we did not act earlier in response to that, or any other infringement by you.

17. NO GUARANTY.
You agree by the registering your domain, that this registering does not exclude its dispute, the dispute about its use or its cancellation.

18. REPRESENTATIONS AND GUARANTEES.
You ensure that:
(I) information that you or your agent provide us is, at best your knowledge, exact, precise and complete and that anyone will not provide us any information contradicting them,
(II) the way of which you plan to employ or employ the domain name does not violate or will not violate the laws of a third or the laws.
(III) you have all the necessary capacity and the authority to carry out this agreement

20. REVOCATION.
You agree that we can end your contractual right to employ our service if information whom you must provide to register your domain name or mail or others services of Redirecty.com©, or that you modify thereafter, contains one or more information false or inducing in error, or information omits hides. We consider that it is our decision to register your domain name or to continue to provide you our services. Moreover, you recognize that we can suspend, cancel or transfer your account for:
(1) errors made by us
(2) choice of our share,
or (3) to solve a litigation.

21. REFUSAL FROM OUR SHARE.
We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to register your domain name, to make you register for other services or to remove your domain. You recognize that we will not be responsible for the loss or the damage which can result from our refusal of registering or our refusal to registering you for other services.

22. PARTS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
You recognize that the terms of this Agreement are separable. If any term or provision is declared invalid or inapplicable, this term or provision will be interpreted in a way compatible with the applicable law in order to reflect the original intentions of the parts. You recognize that it is your responsibility to indicate to us in time of your inscription to our services which terms of this agreement are not applicable for you according to legal provisions. 23. INTEGRALITY.
You recognize that this agreement, rules and the policy which we publish, the policy of discussion and the declaration of private life are the complete and exclusive agreement between you and us as for our services. 24. JURISDICTION.
You recognize that this Agreement and any discussions will be directed in all connections by and interpreted in accordance with the French laws. You and we will subject our complaints to the jurisdiction of Issoire (63500-France).

25. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND.
By asking us for a service by our process of registering in line or employing the service which we provide in accordance with this agreement, you recognize that you read it and agree to be bound by all his general conditions and any rule or policy which is or can be published by us.
